This article is a discreet inquiry consisting of two parts. The first part of the inquiry describes the historical conditions from which a state emerged in Trans Jordan and the beginnings of the Arab Legion, its creation and evolution during 1920s. Especially this analyzes the Tribal rebellions against the system creation of British-Abdullah cooperation and the role of Military Elite, Frederick G. Peake(General Peake Pasha) from Britain in establishing British-Abdullah cooperation system.
