This Project Performance Evaluation Report (PPER) is concerned with the performance of the Rural Roads Project I in Zimbabwe.
On 26 August 1985, an ADB Loan (N°: CS/ZBW/TR/85/003) in the amount of UA 30.00 million was approved by ADB for the Project. The first disbursement was made on 5 May 1986. The last disbursement on 14 May 1992 after completion of the works. The Loan was used to finance the improvement to bitumen standards of four rural roads for a total length of 221 km, including construction supervision.
