[경제] Access to trade finance and gender: Survey evidence from Kenya and Tanzania

Despite some progress made over the past three decades, the gender gap in access to finance remains more pronounced and persistent in sub-Saharan Africa (Asiedu et al., 2013). In addition, a trade finance survey by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2017 has shown that women-owned or -led enterprises (WOBs) are two and half times more likely to be refused credit globally relative to male-owned or -led enterprises (MOBs).
