The objective of the bank-executed engagement is to contribute to improving the quality and reliability of entry and support services for small businesses and entrepreneurs in Iraq. The engagement combines advisory support for horizontal improvements in the overall business environment, advisory support todevelop a policy agenda around supporting small and growing enterprises in Iraq, and advice on the implementation of selected interventions based on this policy agenda. This note focuses on Output 2 under the "Pillar: 4. Policy Priorities to Support Firm Growth" and provides a consolidated report on the delivered activities for Output 2 between March 2019 and April 2023.
